Water resistant felt

We are currently testing a method of making felt so water resistant that the vase/bottle covers will not collapse if they get wet. This means that our customers could use the vase/bottle covers with confidence for fresh flowers in water. They will need to put the flowers into a glass or plastic container, but spillage when the vase is topped up won't lead to disaster.  This is a photo of the start of the test.
