To avoid disappointment, you need to know that if you don’t agree with the following terms and conditions your sale won’t go through. We reserve the right to update and/or change these Terms and Conditions without notice. We suggest you take a look occasionally to see if there are any changes which may affect you.
You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to cancel your order for any item you buy on this website and notify us requesting a full refund within 7 (seven) working days of placing your order.
Since you will have to return what you have bought, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations say that you should email us at [email protected] quoting your order number number and return the goods to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This must be done within 7 (seven) days of taking delivery of your goods. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
If the returned goods are not damaged and can be resold, you will receive a full refund. If they are from a special order or bespoke and we have customised them with names, symbols or other design changes unique to your specifications to the extent they are not saleable, we cannot give a refund. Neither can we give a refund if the goods have been damaged whilst they were in your care.
Racing Tabby reserves the right to cancel an order or items from an order up until the point of despatch, without giving a reason. If this happens, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity and give you a full refund.
Racing Tabby accepts online payments via two third party payment platforms. They are PayPal and Stripe. We don’t hold card details ourselves.
If you want us to deliver to an address where your account is not registered, we may delay or cancel despatch until we are satisfied the address really exists.
We do not charge VAT.
Any discounts offered will not be backdated to orders placed before the promotion has started. Discounts will not be applied to goods already discounted. We reserve the right to change, cancel or extend a promotion without notice.
At the moment Racing Tabby only ships to the British Isles. We send all packages by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The cost of postage will be added at point of sale. We plan to ship worldwide if there is enough demand. So, in the meantime if you do want an item shipped outside the British Isles, please contact us by email to [email protected] and we will deal with your order as an individual case.
