Your rights

You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to cancel your order for any item you buy on this website and notify us requesting a full refund within 7 (seven) working days of placing your order.

Returning your goods

Since you will have to return what you have bought, you should email us at [email protected] quoting your order number and return the goods to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This must be done within 7 (seven) days of taking delivery of your goods. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Getting a refund

If the returned goods are not damaged and can be resold, you will receive a full refund. If they are from a special order or bespoke and we have customised them with names, symbols or other design changes to make them unique to your specifications to the extent they are not saleable, we cannot give a refund. Neither can we give a refund if the goods have been damaged whilst they were are in your care.
